- Most ideas stop at Gate 1, as intended. 19 of 48 ideas were redirected to Home Team backlogs as Discretionary work, or declined, before any design work.
- Medium-sized ideas score best. Five of the six ideas above the cut line are size M. Their value is close to the larger ideas', for less than half the effort.
- Online first report of injury just missed Q4. It has the highest time criticality, but at size L it would take the plan to 40 team-sprints. It ranks first for Q1 2027.
- Two large ideas score low, the return-to-work planner and medical bill review rules. Both could be split into smaller projects with clearer early value.
