What it is
Product Operations helps Pecos Mutual keep its platforms running and change them for the better. All of our work is one of two kinds:
- Run keeps today's platforms healthy. When something breaks, we fix it through Incident Management.
- Change makes something new or better, either as a strategic project or as smaller Discretionary work for a Home Team.
Why it matters to you
Whatever your job, you'll meet the model at a few predictable moments: when you ask for something, when something breaks, when you're asked for your expertise, and when we show you what we've built.
